“There are many steps that must be taken to reach the desired goal in each project we complete. Included in these steps is a process referred to as a C.A.D. drawing. A C.A.D. drawing is a Computer Aided Draft of the work to be done, engineered through a computer by a professional Draftsman. Often, companies that subcontract out this step to other companies, charge an additional fee for this service. Other times you will not be aware of this charge.

This particular step often leads to under-budgeting and delays in the process due to the fact that, throughout the designing of a job, changes are often made. Each time a change is made or an adjustment needs to be done, the C.A.D. drawing must continuously be sent back and forth for approval between the fabricator, the contractor and the draftsman.

Savvy Stone, LTD. avoids all delays by having our own draftsmen on premises. As a result of offering this kind of service, we are able to cut the costs of any third or fourth party participation. Not only does this allow us to save our customers a considerable amount of money on the final cost, but it also allows us to expedite the work in a more timely fashion. Any changes and/or adjustments are done with IMMEDIATE approval on site, as opposed to being sent out to a third party. Savvy Stone, LTD. is dedicated to offering the highest quality service to our clients many unique needs and requests. We pride ourselves in making sure we are able to offer the utmost support in personally performing every step of every project we handle.

Savvy Stone, LTD., offers an extensive amount of support by allowing each client to have direct contact with each person in charge of every step, allowing us to finalize a project in the least amount of time allowed for quality workmanship.”
